It draws on Praetorian's own delivered project record -- more than 40 projects, across six countries, over two decades -- to give our teams and their clients a benchmark that no consultant or contractor can replicate.
It does three things:
Cost Benchmarking. As a project develops through its stage gates, Praetorian IQ compares the current cost position against comparable delivered projects at the same stage. Order of magnitude, pre-feasibility, feasibility, control estimate -- each gate has its own accuracy range, and our platform makes that visible in real time rather than in hindsight.
Document Intelligence. Contracts, estimates, reports, and correspondence are indexed and searchable in natural language. Instead of hunting through shared drives or waiting for a controls engineer to pull a number, the owner's team can ask a question and get a cited answer in seconds.
Predictive Analysis. Cost outliers and schedule drift are flagged against the benchmark before they appear in a monthly report. Early identification changes the response from damage control to course correction.
